We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over €50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may return or exchange your items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Canvas Slippers (Chausson Toile)
- Ventilated Shoes (Chaussure aérée)
- Items marked as « Final Sale » (Soldes finaux)
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Shoes must be returned in their original box (in good condition)
- The return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order

Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Once your return is approved:
- Carefully repackage the items in their original packaging
- Include the original delivery slip or a copy of your order confirmation
- Clearly indicate whether you want a refund or exchange

Important: We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Magasin De Chaussures is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
Refunds
Once we receive your return:

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

- Only the item price will be refunded (original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error)
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We will ship your new item once we receive and verify your return
- If the exchanged item has a different price:
- We will charge you the difference if the new item is more expensive
- We will refund the difference if the new item is less expensive
- Shipping costs for the new item are covered by us if the exchange is due to our error
